Congratulations Vibrant Ombre Balloon Bouquet

A congratulations balloon bouquet created using two micro-foil balloons with a colorful Ombre effect and the word congratulations printed on the front & back. Also included with the bouquet is 6 colorful congratulations latex balloons. Latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float and all balloons are attached to a sand filled balloon weight. Each foil balloon is also weighted with a clip-n-weight.
