How To Care - Return Policy

When ordering a perishable item such as flowers, it is important to follow proper care guidelines in order for your flower arrangement to last as long as possible.
  • Add clean cool water everyday
  • Change water after 3-4 days & add flower food packet included with arrangement
  • Keep in cool place away from direct sunlight
Keeping plenty of water in your arrangement will help keep your flowers hydrated and usually requires daily filling of the water. This helps maintain the water level above the cut stems and keeps bacteria levels at a minimum.

24 Hour Guarantee & Return

There are times when flowers do not respond to this maintenance and this usually happens soon after your flowers arrive or even the following day. If you notice a problem within 24 hours of receiving your flowers please give us a call or text us at (714) 635-4800. We do everything possible to make sure the flowers we use are processed and stored correctly. Our designs also contribute to our flower arrangement lasting as long as possible. Weather always plays a part in how long flower arrangements last. Unfortunely when we experience high heat with humidity regardless of the location, this can cause problems with our flower bouquets lasting.
